| It would be interesting to see how many newspapers across the country ran these words after the meltdown of an astronaut recently. But, the problem is not this astronaut alone. How many wives and husbands are cheating on their spouses? How many people are living together without being married? The polls say over 50% of couples living together are unmarried. The figures on adultery for married couples is reportedly much higher than 50%. We are living in a society of moral corruption, or possibly even an amoral society, a society without morals. "The marriage is honorable in all and the bed undefiled, but whoremongers and adulteresses God will judge." -- Hebrews 13:4 Christians must be a light in the world, showing the way of righteousness by word and action. "So now brethren, I commend you to God and to the word of His grace, which is able to build you up and give you an inheritance among all those who are sanctified." -- Acts 20:32 |
